SERMA Technologies has developed five test benches dedicated to the qualification and characterization of power converters, covering sectors such as automotive, transportation, and energy.
These benches allow testing of power converters over a wide range, with capacities from 1200V to 100kW, including chargers, inverters, and DC/DC converters.
The tests conducted on our benches cover all phases of the product development cycle, including:
- Design validation and manufacturing process validation,
- Qualification of components and systems,
- Combined temperature and humidity testing, as well as temperature/vibration testing to assess the robustness and reliability of converters under extreme conditions.
In addition to testing, SERMA offers a range of services to develop comprehensive qualification plans in partnership with external laboratories.
We provide complete project support, from design to final validation of converters. In this context, we have developed a mobile power bench for on-site testing, offering flexibility and speed in test execution while ensuring compliance with the sector’s most stringent standards.
